Q: CAN WE TRAIN AT MY HOME?
A: Yes. This makes our training sessions as convenient as possible for you. Working out at the office is sometimes a possibility, but more often than not, there are too many distractions to make that effective. We can and sometimes do meet at parks near your home if they are available.

Q: WHAT AREAS DO YOU TRAVEL TO?
A: Mostly Willow Glen, Los Altos, Cupertino, Morgan Hill, Gilroy and Los Gatos.

Q: DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?
A: No. It is an advantage to have some equipment, but it is not necessary. We can make use of any equipment you might have if it is what fits in with your program. If no equipment is available, an excellent workout can still be had with what I will provide.

Q: HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK ARE NECESSARY?
A: The minimum is two. For strength and toning, two days a week achieve good results. Three days a week is better. For Aerobic Training and Weight Loss, three days a week is the minimum required for good results. Five days a week is optimal. If you are self-motivated, some of your cardio can be done on your own.

Q: WHAT IS A TYPICAL WORKOUT LIKE?
A: Almost every workout consists of three main parts; Warm-up (5 to 10 minutes), exercise/cardio (about 40 minutes) and cool down/stretching (about 10 minutes.) For the longer sessions the exercise/cardio phase of the workout would be extended. Or, if the clients likes/needs yoga we might do 20 minutes of that at the end of our time. The tools I utilize when creating the programs are: traditional resistance training, BOSU and stability balls, resistabands, yoga, walking, running, biking, circuit training, boot camp style workouts, etc...

Q: HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
A: Generally the workouts are 1 hour in length. Longer sessions are an option: 75 minutes, 90 minutes, up to 2 Hours.

Q: HOW ARE PAYMENTS HANDLED?
A: Sessions are purchased in packages of 10 ahead of time. You can pay by check or PayPal.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: I require 24 hour notification for any cancellation. Late cancellations (<24 hours) will result in you being charged for the session. Sessions cancelled due to poor weather and emergencies are acceptable.
