Topnotch at Stowe is a destination spa and resort. My role there was to anticipate guest needs and pre-schedule specialty staff accordingly. I would interview guests upon arrival, evaluate their distinct needs, and then recommend and schedule various services/packages.
U.S. Cable • Fitness Facility Supervisor & Trainer

Being a corporate fitness facility, my main role at U.S. Cable was to build enthusiasm for the use of the facility by providing evaluation and training to all occupants of the office facility. I was in charge of program development and management as well as facility control and staffing.
Quest I • Assistant Fitness Supervisor
Quest 1 is a health and tennis club (1,000+ members, four tennis courts, massage and physical therapy, pro shop, indoor track, two group fitness rooms, nautilus, free weights, indoor pool, six tanning beds, dinning area, nursery, children's programs)
Evaluate and design programs for members; hiring, training and education of on-floor trainers, maintain facilities, fitness programs creation, management and leadership.

San Jose Fit Magazine was a personal project in which I take great pride. It's purpose was to inspire and bring together a community of people and give them not only the information on what makes a person whole and healthy, but how it works, what time is involved, what are their local resources and what to expect when they begin.

I was granted an athletic scholarship at Champlain College and participated as a starting member of the 1996 NJCAA National Field Hockey Championship team.

• A dynamic, progressive community requires leadership of the highest order. Community Leadership San Jose Silicon Valley (CLSJSV) identifies people who are emerging leaders within the San Jose metropolitan area and offers them a broad range of exposure to issues vital to the community. Through contact with a variety of experts, participants expand their leadership skills, knowledge, and influence on their community.
