Personal training should be more about the person than numbers. Many trainers offer you program after program of "proven results" formulas that have never been "proven" on you. What makes my approach different is that I listen closely to what you have to say. I take into account what motivates you, collect the technical information needed, identify constraints and then use 20 years of personal training experience to create a well-rounded program that will help you reach your goals.
My style enables me to "put life" into your program so you will look forward to your time exercising. It really is about you. You don't adapt to my program, I skillfully adapt your program to you.
